Increment/decrement buttons

Description

Enter a comma delimited list of buttons. For example, '1,10,100' indicates that you want 3 buttons on each side of the control to increment the integer value by 1, 10, or 100 on each click of the button, or decrement the integer value by 1, 10, or 100 on each click of the button.
