Allow static text selection

Allows the user to select static text.

Discussion

This property (which was previously in Web Project Properties) has been located to the Grid (and UX builder) Advanced section. It allows the user to select static text.

This means that this property can now be set for individual components. By default, most browsers do not allow you to select static text. By turning on the Allow static text selection property, users will be able to select static text (for example, to copy the text to the clipboard).

Should the user be able to select static text in the component? By default, selecting static text is not allowed.
