Embedded UX Components - Caching and Delay Render

Description

Specify that embedded UX components in the Container Window are not rendered until the window is opened and can be cached so that on subsequent opens the UX does not need to be re-rendered. When the UX is cached, the UX's client-side onSynchronize event will fire when the window is opened again.
