The Dialog Component can be used to create a 'Search Part' for a Report so that the end-user can enter search ctieria to define exactly which records to display in the report.
How it works

Create a highly customized 'Search Part' for a Report. Allows you to submit a UX component that
contains 'search' fields to compute a filter expression and then run the report using the computed filter expression.
